AWeber has some very nice features, especially for businesses which want to send all new subscribers the same series of messages: the autoresponder setup is easy, intuitive, and well explained within the program, and users have a lot of options. AWeber now offers the ability to add video to subscriber messages, a powerful new feature.
Reporting is likewise a step above that of many ESPs. The drawbacks are twofold: first, the program seems to be falling behind on the social media front. Second, AWeber is a little on the pricey side, especially for businesses with very small lists (1000 and under). Once you hit the 2500-subscriber mark, it’s more in line with industry averages. The company has no send-based subscription plan, which means if you have a large list but send infrequent emails, there are probably better choices for you.
AWeber offers two mobile apps: AWeber, which offers fairly robust access to analytics and tracking features, and Atom, which lets users access and modify subscriber lists, as well as upload photos taken on the device.

The email segmentation is awesome. You can send separate emails to different lists within your dashboard. It’s definitely the best feature. Their templates are also very user friendly. If you have an issue, their technical support is always available, they respond quickly and they will even do a conference call if needed. They also have training programs to go through to familiarize yourself with their services.
